Ingredients

  • 1 qt. of garbanzo beans (chic peas)
  • 3 oz. tahini (sesame paste)
  • 2 oz. sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
  • Juice of 1⁄2 fresh lemon
  • Juice of 1⁄2 fresh lime
  • 2 roasted peppers
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
