Ingredients
- 1 qt. of garbanzo beans (chic peas)
- 3 oz. tahini (sesame paste)
- 2 oz. sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
- Juice of 1⁄2 fresh lemon
- Juice of 1⁄2 fresh lime
- 2 roasted peppers
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
