Monthly rates generally include rent, meals, maintenance, grounds care, housekeeping, basic apartment maintenance, use of common area amenities, scheduled activities, and utilities (excluding optional services).
Independent Living (IL) and Assisted Living (AL) residences typically have a 12-month lease. We encourage you to connect with one of our senior living counselors during a call or tour to go over the details and options available.
Winnwood offers scheduled transportation for medical appointments, shopping, and group excursions. Additional or special-request trips may incur additional fees.
