Penny Emerson – Director of Sales and Marketing
Penny spent most of her professional life in multi-residential real estate, but after a profound experience navigating Senior Living for her elderly father, found her calling. Equipped with empathy and the desire to guide others successfully through Senior Living, she began this professional journey after a move to Atlanta in 2023. Her personal experience, professional insights and positive attitude make her a personable resource to those seeking Independent or Assisted Living for themselves or their loved ones. When she is away from Winnwood, Penny enjoys listening to audiobooks, spending time with her young children, and trying new restaurants.
Terry Norman – Executive Director
Terry Norman brings more than a decade of leadership and senior living management experience to Winnwood, with a commitment to creating communities where residents feel valued, connected, and empowered to live well. As an Executive Director, Terry has led teams, overseen operations, and partnered with residents and families to ensure exceptional care and quality of life. He is passionate about wellness, healthy aging, and helping older adults maintain purpose, independence, and meaningful connections. Terry believes great senior living is about creating a community where residents can continue to grow, contribute, and enjoy life.
Nancy Crolley – Director of Sales and Marketing
Nancy is a passionate, seasoned property management professional with over 30 years’ experience. She started as a Leasing Consultant and worked her way into a Regional Director role.
Nancy’s passion for senior living grew from helping her father through changing care needs, including assisted living, memory care, inpatient hospice, and nursing home care. She is grateful to combine those personal lessons with her property management experience. For Nancy, helping people understand the value of community—and connecting them with residents, staff, and amenities that enhance quality of life—is the most rewarding career she can imagine.
Nancy is the proud mother of a nursing student and has three rescues, two dogs and one cat.
