We (Mackenzie & Judith -your Activity Directors) had so much fun getting into the Spirit of Oktoberfest! The polka was playing, there was plenty of pretzels and apple strudel, and, of course, there was a “Beer” Garden (rootbeer that is)!

We had more than Oktoberfest to celebrate when we got together… This was Carol, our Executive Director’s, last day with us. So, in true Winnwood-style, we had a huge party, said our good-byes, and wished her the best of luck in Boston. Ellen, the President of the Winn building, read a beautiful poem for Carol and presented her with a going-away present from all of the residents.
